**Describe the bug** I tried to run `parquet/regen.sh` on my mac laptop and it failed **To Reproduce** ``` andrewlamb@Andrews-MacBook-Pro-2:~/Software/arrow-rs/parquet$ ./regen.sh Unable to find image 'archlinux:latest' locally latest: Pulling from library/archlinux docker: no matching manifest for linux/arm64/v8 in the manifest list entries.
