That's unusual, are you in an especially secured network?
It should have also printed the install log? If not please try this in a
plain terminal (not Rstudio):
`ARROW_R_DEV=true NOT_CRAN=true LIBARROW_BINARY=true Rscript -e
'install.packages('arrow'); arrow::arrow_info()'`
And post the entire output here (as text ideally).
