Apologies for the lack of reply (cleaning up some older issues). I assume the issue is that the Arrow C++ library that you built or installed was not built with Python support enabled (since the error message says "Could NOT find ArrowPython"). Nowadays, this ArrowPython library is no longer part of Arrow C++, but included in the PyArrow itself, so that specific issue shouldn't happen anymore. Going to close this given it's an old installation issue.
