Part of https://github.com/apache/arrow-rs/issues/6129 # Rationale for this change I have big ambitious to improve parquet metadata handling, see https://github.com/apache/arrow-rs/issues/6129. I think making the existing documentation more complete is a good first step as I think it both 1. Helps existing users 2. Makes the gaps easier to see # What changes are included in this PR? 1.
