Thanks for the reminder! Because the release process with CRAN can have some back-and-forth that does not work with the Apache release process (e.g., sometimes URLs go out of date or something happens in r-devel that requires a minor change), I prepare the CRAN packaging step on a separate branch (paleolimbot/arrow-nanoarrow/r-cran-maint-xxx).
