BTW, we may not be able to the pre-computed record batch offsets approach. The streaming format may have "dictionary delta" messages: https://arrow.apache.org/docs/format/Columnar.html#dictionary-messages We may need to process data from begening to end to compute the correct dictionaries. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
