   It seems that we can't remove deployed files. We want to remove some files 
for Yum repositories. Because Yum repositories use metadata files that has 
unique names. We want to remove old metadata files after we deploy new metadata 
files.
   
   But it's not required. Because old metadata files are just not used and they 
are small.
   
   BTW, we have old metadata files in Artifactory...: 
https://apache.jfrog.io/ui/native/arrow/almalinux/9/x86_64/repodata/
   Oh, I thought that I implemented cleanup process for them but it seems that 
I haven't done it yet...
