I'm always frustrated when [...] (This section helps Arrow developers understand the context and *why* for this feature, in addition to the *what*) --> In my discussion with @liurenjie1024 in https://github.com/apache/iceberg-rust/pull/960 and https://github.com/apache/iceberg-rust/pull/1004, we found that `ArrowFileReader` returns `ParquetMetadata` while `AsyncFileWriter` is returning the unparsed thrift definition of the parquet metadata. **Describe the solution you'd like** <!-- A clear and concise description of what you want to happen. --> Either change the writer to return `ParquetMetadata` instead of the thrift definition.
