It would be nice to place some information about the used CDC chunking
approach in the arbitrary key-value metadata. Do we have any sort of preference
there? Should we automatically add it or let the user manually define it?
An example I could think of: `"CDC" => {"min_chunk_size": ...,
"max_chunk_size": ..., "norm_factor": ...}`
