I think part of the slowness is answered by https://github.com/apache/arrow/pull/45918#issuecomment-2750739362 , with rest being 1) the insufficient parallelism in scan tasks 2) the aggregate becomes much slower when following a scan in hash join. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
