Hmm. I don't like a builder API for `ArrayStatistics` because I feel that its needless as I already said and I don't want to maintain a builder API for it (a builder API will have many duplicated codes). @lidavidm I know that you aren't familiar with Statistics API but do you have any opinion for this request? -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
