It seems that apache/spark-connect-swift bundles Apache Arrow Swift https://github.com/apache/spark-connect-swift/commit/fe8322d27e7f69c604225228728b0d7f4931b049 instead of referring a package in https://github.com/apache/spark-connect-swift/blob/main/Package.swift . Is it only for backporting unreleased features/fixes?
