Review Comment:
   The reason is it pretty much overlaps with the other test. There is not much 
gain, it even resembles some internal structure of `FileSystemDataset::Write`, 
which can change in the future and does not make much sense then.
   
   This was thought to be a unit test where the other test is more an 
end-to-end test.
