In general, I'd say that I'm not really satisfied with the transparency of this instrumentation example. I was going to look at some other possible solutions like evaluating the original source as a lambda expressions. This was only intended to give an example of instrumentation. We're going to need to provide a more complete instrumentation for each of the drivers.
