Hmm this is going to end up way more compilcated than I originally thought. The main challenge is that to generate this from a subproject, you would have to locate the flatc program bundled with the subproject. FetchContent_MakeAvailable ttherefore becomes unsuitable, because the rest of the CMake configuration will not be able to locate the flatc program. There's probably some way to do this with ExternalProject_Add, but that goes well beyond my current CMake knowledge.
