Failures: * r-binary-packages — I think this was a network failure and I am re-running it now. * test-r-arrow-backwards-compatibility — Not a failure, but we don't have older versions of ubuntu. This was fixed in #46294 which was not part of 20.0.0 * test-r-devdocs — This one fails on verification branches, it's weird but when I've investigated in the past it wasn't obvious why/how to fix. Maybe related to #33898 ? * test-r-offline-maximal — Python issue, [resolved on main](https://github.com/apache/arrow/issues/46024) but wasn't in 20.0.0.
