Recently, we moved `{go,java,js}/` in apache/arrow to
apache/arrow-{go,java,js}. But our integration test hasn't followed the change.
So integration test with those languages aren't executed now.

Checkout apache/arrow-{go,java,js} explicitly.
# Are there any user-facing changes?
