The adbc_driver_manager_test has a harness that builds a shared library and checks loading it. I imagine the harness for this could piggyback on that and move it to all of the various locations you describe here and ensure that it can be loaded (or not loaded if the appropriate option is passed by flag, or if it is marked with an unknown architecture).
