Thank you for this! I think the latest version of R included a different set of warning rules...this warning was probably always there but didn't trigger a warning until this version of R. I think the larger issue is that we're not linking against our vendored SQLite3 in that test or not silencing the warning (since I think that check is designed to detect whether we have to vendor SQLite3 or not!).
