I think the `cargo test` in question is run via this ```shell cargo test --all ``` https://github.com/apache/arrow-rs/blob/df702cfc714dd25060f6a493570221df18b2c598/dev/release/verify-release-candidate.sh#L116 I am trying to figure out how to get the test to pass for me locally / document how to do so and then I'll probably update the release verification script.
