It's still pretty easy to populate the protobuf by calling `GetSchemaPayload` and `GetRecordBatchPayload` etc. Though I'm curious if BigQuery supports dictionary encoded columns which require supporting the DictionaryBatch messages in the IPC stream -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
