Yes. In general, we use `https://arrow.apache.org/${XXX}/...` for apache/arrow-XXX repositories. If we use `https://arrow.apache.org/{,${VERSION}/}docs/js/...`, we need to update apache/arrow-site. If we use `https://arrow.apache.org/${XXX}/...`, we can keep using apache/arrow-XXX.
