Would it be possible to transfer this issue to the new repo? (I saw some other issues got transfered [example](https://github.com/apache/arrow-rs-object-store/issues/55)) From reading the [PR comments](https://github.com/apache/arrow-rs/pull/6174) it seems like progress is blocked while [Azure work on proper support for this](https://github.com/apache/arrow-rs/pull/6174#issuecomment-2436322754) but I think its an important issue to keep track of. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
