I want to help if you need but I have to study in deeeeep Apache-arrow. I was here just to see a possibile solution, I don't know well the technology. Also this is my first contribution to open-source world, so I don't know how and what I can do. Before remove "go-swift" let check why because was there and maybe let integrate it in different way, maybe it is still needed. Yes, removing internal packages will make the package way more easy to maintain as a package and in CI/CD pipeline.
