Thanks for the above context, this is all very helpful. These platforms aren't explicitly supported so users would be expected to build binaries themselves. I realize it was also not explicit that we do not support them and that we implicitly did support them for some time. Explicit support is essentially defined by what we test in CI before releases in and we plan to have a structured support policy in #46002. A policy for PyArrow would follow. Two things that would help to know are: 1. Are there good free/cheap CI environments for these older Arm variants? 2.
