I'm happy to start a thread on the mailing list. If the decision is to keep jemalloc, or to keep it until it causes a specific problem, that's fine with me too. I'm always personally in favor of cleaning out cruft early before it causes problems but maybe there are still reasons to prefer jemalloc today (I'm not really up-to-speed on the state of the different allocators). -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
