   We could build the list of `element` - `StructArray` ["horror", 123] using 
the `StructArrayBuilder` : 
   ```rust
   // Building a single row struct array separately
   
   let mut variant_value_builder = VariantValueArrayBuilder::new(4);
   variant_value_builder.append_null();
   variant_value_builder.append_value(Variant::from(123i32));
   
   let mut struct_array_builder = StructArrayBuilder::new();

Arc::new(variant_value_builder.build().unwrap()), true);
   struct_array_builder.with_field("typed_value",

   But currently we have no way of constructing `GenericListArray` from 
existing `StructArray`s.
   
   I wonder if we can implement `ArrayBuilder` trait for 
`VariantValueArrayBuilder` and build `GenericListArray`  using the builders we 
allready have:

   let field_builders = vec![
               Box::new(VariantValueArrayBuilder::new()),
               Box::new(StringBuilder::new()),
           ];
   let struct_builder = StructBuilder::new(fields, field_builders);
