It seems the problem appeared [between 2025-09-15 and 2025-09-16](https://github.com/apache/arrow/actions/workflows/cpp.yml?query=event%3Apush). In the [last successful build](https://github.com/apache/arrow/actions/runs/17740468635/job/50412906869), `arrow-azurefs-test` finished in 69 seconds, far below the 300 seconds timeout.
