Hmm. It may be better that we provide
`Arrow-${MAJOR_VERSION}.${MINOR_VERSION}.typelib` instead of
`Arrow-1.0.typelib`.
BTW, why do you need to use `arrowXXXX-glib-libs`? I think that PG-Strom
doesn't use it.
