   As indicated in 
https://github.com/apache/arrow-adbc/issues/2843#issuecomment-2997597232 it 
appears that the issue is on the Snowflake side and not something controllable 
by ADBC currently. 
   
   To perform ingestion into Snowflake we create properly typed Parquet files 
(which include `isAdjustedToUtc=True`) but on the server side, Snowflake maps 
this timestamp to `TIMESTAMP_LTZ` despite it containing the timezone 
information. As such, Snowflake would first need to provide such an opt-in 
option before we could implement it in the ADBC driver.
