If I understand correctly the removal of `destination_dir1.mkdir()` has been tested locally and the test failed. Therefore the idea behind this PR is that the `TODO` could be removed as the `mkdir` command needs to be run. It could be that the `TODO` is meant to address the possible solution where `mkdir` would not be needed? -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
