@kou Since I usually use the bundled source code for downloading dependencies in Arrow CMake, I only mentioned the problem related to the bundled source code [here](https://github.com/apache/arrow/issues/48376#issue-3700639609). I'm not aware of all the possible ways to manage dependencies in Arrow (I know several, like Conda, Meson, and vcpkg, but not all of them).
