Also, one thing I see different between the sqlite and snowflake ( & bigquery ) is that sqlite has a `release` fn set in its `FFI_AdbcDriver` instance which gets called during Drop. Snowflake doesn't have this set and called. ( Although postgresql also doesn't seem to have this, so I'm not sure ).
