https://github.com/apache/arrow-adbc/commit/99fedc9b6ec712e2262c3ec8f50b12e2e24d41e7 renamed Tests to Testing. But there is no Testing nupkg in the release. https://github.com/apache/arrow-adbc/actions/runs/20737507366/job/59538002539 is the release pipeline. It appears no nupkg was created.
