I agree with @kou 's assessment, RapidJSON uses `EP_COMMON_CMAKE_ARGS` which define `CMAKE_POLICY_VERSION_MINIMUM` already for all our ExternalProject dependencies. @meher745 do you have a way of reproducing the issue?
