Thanks for opening the issue. This is only expected to be used as part of our `conan-minimum` and `conan-maximum` CI jobs and those jobs have been failing for several weeks now, see: - https://github.com/apache/arrow/issues/48766 The current discussions are about dropping those jobs and with them we would drop the `conanfile.py` too.
