### Rationale for this change
`gir1.2-XXX-1.0` packages are renamed to `gir1.2-XXX-${major}.${minor}`. So
we can't use them in downgrade tests.
### What changes are included in this PR?
Remove versioned name packages such as `gir1.2-XXX-${major}.${minor}` and
`libXXX${major}00` from explicit downgrade target packages. We don't need to
specify them.
### Are these changes tested?
Yes.
### Are there any user-facing changes?
No.
