The failure seems the usual `- key 'AB/CD/EF/': Access Denied.` error that I was already investigating and that lead me to find this issue. I'll mark the PR complete. Let me know if you think that we should also tweak the CI, as currently nothing is building on windows with `-D ARROW_WITH_BACKTRACE=OFF` and thus we are not really testing this PR. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
