This one has been haunting my dreams. I think given https://github.com/apache/arrow-rs/issues/9239 it is clear the predicate evaluation feature needs more testing. However, I found it really hard to write tests that exercised the code paths / triggered the bugs. Thus I think we should take a step back and re-asses if we can restructure the code somehow to make it easier to test I don't have any specific ideas yet, other than to rearrange the parquet tests as a first step. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
