Also, the download page did not make it easy to find historic releases. For each release, we need the .asc, .sha512 and .tar.gz. The .tar.gz can be on a mirror, but the .asc and .sha512 must be on ASF infra. Lastly (maybe this is a different issue?) the .sha512 value of the RC being voted upon needs to be either embedded in the vote thread or referenced via a permanent URL.
