Up to Matt, but my general thinking here is for the iceberg-go package since it already depends on it, GeoArrow would be a registered extension here. I'd like to get a geoarrow-go or geoarrow-go-* set of packages for different flavors of go geometry packages. In general - geospatial types really shouldn't be considered "special".
