Copying over what I said on the `.asf.yml` PR: From what I understand reading the .asf.yaml docs, publishing to arrow.apache.org involves maintaining an orphan branch asf-site. I've always found that orphan branches create more trouble than value, so would it be possible to deploy using some other mechanism?
