FYI, I suspect this change did not actually work. I was looking at the CODEOWNERS file in Github and it claims there are errors: <img width="759" height="527" alt="image" src="https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/d45324ad-4e81-4852-896f-6be34c5cf6bb"; /> It appears that users listed in the file must have write permissions.
