Something like "how to tell if your optimization is running at all" — coverage counters, probe tests, and the gotchas I hit along the way. Does that direction sound right to you? I think it could be interesting -- I think it would be most interesting if it was applicable to the readers. So it might be worth asking "who do you want to read your blog" (is it other arrow-rs developers? Is it systems programmers in general who want general tips / how to use tools?
