# Which issue does this PR close? - Part of https://github.com/apache/arrow-rs/issues/10738 # Rationale for this change The `59.3.0` release was prepared on the `59_maintenance` branch in #10827. This PR forward ports the CHANGELOG for that release to `main` so the release notes are recorded there as well. # What changes are included in this PR? 1. Add the `59.3.0` CHANGELOG to `CHANGELOG.md` 2. Move the `59.2.0` CHANGELOG to `CHANGELOG-old.md` The version changes from #10827 are not included, as `main` is on a different version. # Are these changes tested?
