### Describe the bug #9793 was closed without a fix because no writer that existed at the time produced 256-bit miniblocks. Such a writer now exists -- Photon 0.2. Valid parquet files written by this engine fail to read with RowSelector::skip. ### To Reproduce Reproduction: https://github.com/ryzhyk/parquet-photon-miniblock-repro Including a parquet file created using Databricks SQL. ### Expected behavior Any standard compliant parquet file should be readable. ### Additional context _No response_ -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
