@raulcd I've also tried a fix with venv but actually using `--ignore-installed` [from #51335](https://github.com/apache/arrow/pull/51336/changes#diff-0b229267eb0da547cb552085e69061b625c51fa954cb1fabc810a7e0e5ee3c49) makes more sense here.
