…eaming path Introduces `InProgressByteArray<T>` for Utf8, LargeUtf8, Binary, and LargeBinary types. The streaming path writes bytes directly into growing offset/value buffers when filtering sparse data (≤1/16 selectivity), avoiding a filter-kernel call entirely. The buffered path defers slices to a single bulk concat at finish(), matching the existing generic behaviour for take and high-selectivity filter workloads. A flush-on-switch design maintains chronological order in mixed mode: switching from streaming→buffered flushes streaming state first; switching from buffered→streaming falls back to the filter kernel so no reordering can occur.
