## What's Changed - We now always slice a `Data`'s `valueOffsets` to be exactly the length promised by the Arrow spec. Previously, a `valueOffsets` was often longer than what the spec defined. - Added tests to ensure that the length of offsets are correct. The change in `data.ts` I manually edited/rewrote from a suggestion by Claude. The new tests in `value-offsets-tests.ts` I reviewed and condensed from suggestions by Claude.
