### Describe the bug Per https://github.com/apache/arrow-rs/pull/10136#pullrequestreview-5305167947 While testing benchmarks for #10136 @mbutrovich noticed that ("filter context fsb" contains a bug)[https://github.com/apache/arrow-rs/pull/10136#pullrequestreview-5305167947] where cases are passing the boolean filter array (the predicate) as data, this makes it always using the 1/2 case.
